Facilitating the connection between the physical, mental and emotional through bodywork.
Encouraging the use of bodywork as a way to maintain health, process stress, build immunity, facilitate mental and emotional processing, while aiding relaxation.
A commitment to running a business that is kind to the environment—by making mindful choices about energy-efficient fixtures, incorporating re-used items into our office, using non-toxic, natural, and biodegradable cleaning products and organic massage creams and oils.
In July 2008, we opened Chakra Khan to create a beautiful and enjoyable healing environment where you can come to relax and revive. We also host a rotation of artists throughout the year to enhance our space. Our mission is to help you reconnect with your body. We aim to help you feel better — more alive, more connected, more aware — and to find enjoyment in the process!

I love my body! became the unofficial slogan for Chakra Khan somewhere along the way. I love my body! is about empowerment and celebration of the bodies we live in. Our bodies are amazing! I love my body! is about self-respect. All of us, no matter what gender, age, size, height, shape, race, class, sexual orientation or culture should jump-for-joy at our fantastic body homes. We want this message shouted from the mountain tops! Remind yourself to be kind to yourself with one of our fun stickers from the CK shop--or email us and we'll tell you how to get one by mail.
Please stay tuned to our blog or follow us on facebook or twitter to find out about our community and arts events.
The Chakra Khan shop is one of the many fun things about Chakra Khan. It’s our little way of introducing you to great items that will help you relax and take care of yourself and add a little delight to your day! We offer:
The shop is really just a nice stop in the Chakra Khan living room, where you are welcome to stop for a rest, enjoy some tea, and read or sit for a bit before you head back out into the world. We love it when people enjoy Chakra Khan!
